Avz delisting has very little influence on the outcome of ICSID, DRC can’t do a ducking thing if we delist as asset still very intertwined in litigation (which avz has won thus far).
You have shown your hand in pushing for avz to accept the south only (of course it wouldn’t stop there if we concede) and your interests most likely are aligned with Zijin, ajn and ttx - not $avz.
Zijin are welcome to spend $309m capex on the north if they think they own it, ICSID will wind it all back anyways.
DRC has a lot to lose if they shun the USA and Eu in their highest courts, and in betting once government in place we see swift movement. Some nice Ann’s expected soon also to further solidify the strength of our respective cases.
Morningsuits, sometimes you need to be a man and stand up to bullies. We are happy with boards direction and are sure MMGA would sell us so far down the river we’d end up in Adelaide.
