    Fair point, i dont have any inside knowledge or evidence. Just my opinion and some knowledge of the world. I could well be wrong. Our management are also much more well sited to make the judgement calls, at least in comparison to an outsider like myself. But it is a stock discussion forum and i feel that my viewpoint has some validity.
