There is no MOU. No DRC government officials will meet with Nigel. There is no funding agreement.

Once AVZ is delisted and becomes insolvent, all the dirty secrets die with it. The legal actions cease and the current board can move on with their life.

Consider the alternative... As a board member, do you welcome new blood in who can save the company and get a deal done, so shareholders benefit, but at the risk the new directors may uncover your dirty secrets, which if exposed could have catastrophic consequences for you and your career?

No funding is coming, delisting means death, your board is not going to save you. Ironically, AVZ shareholders are the only ones that can save the company.

Delisting is not death. Its a big inconvenience and a legitimate point of risk, but its far from the end. Also your premise that the board are willing to kill their cash cow and pathway to future riches (e.g through 50m shares) to protect themselves from issues with disclosure are both illogical and highly unlikely.
