If it was indeed moved to a nominee account, I would be questioning the purpose of it.
If your shares in nominee accounts remain incognito, I would be moving it into there to sell at a later date without affecting market confidence once sold. In the meantime, to anyone who asked I could say I haven't sold, as technically I haven't.
In the meantime, unless there is proof that its been moved to a nominee account, im taking it as face value that he has sold. Which is a big negative for me after years of championing the stock. and even if he had moved it to a nominee account, im taking it as a negative for the reasons above.
That being said, it's his shares and he's in the game to make money, so he's entitled to do whatever is best in his situation.
