The whole Chairman situation is ludicrous. Is there a shortage of capable people? If the potential of Manono is as great as everyone here claims, why isn't there a queue outside AVZs offices?
Yes, Manono is a massive resource with very high grades, low strip ratio etc. However my opinion is unchanged that the situation on the ground remains very opaque.
Why are 'knowledgeable' T20 holders walking away? Why would Dathomir sell out for $500k upfront? If it really was a need for AVZ to have 70% of the project for financing they could have accepted a script offer.
The political landscape in the DRC is shifting and the sticky fingers of recent years in the resource sector are being closely examined.
