If I had a dollar for every share holder insisted that a yes vote on BOD remuneration was the way to go for their company that ultimately ended up bust .. I’d be able to fund AVZ to production single handedly

You have those here proclaiming freebies are standard par for the course...

I say BS ... question and challenge every single dollar/share they are allocated .. never take an apathetic approach to your BOD
