From memory, he said that was his target where he expected to sell but he would re-assess at the time. So likely but could also be possible, depending on what information becomes available before then, that he could hold past that level. I'd agree with your hypothesis though - this could create a resistance point around there as he does have many followers. What would be interesting is whether he expects to be selling on market or if that is where he expects a TO and anticipates selling into an offer. IMO
