um yes I do understand the math. I was stating that they the options are undervalued as they have no time value on them with a 3c spread from option price to head price which is equal to the exercise price. as the market gains more confidence in AVZ that 3c (or 3.2 c) spread will likely change to 2.5c to include time value. nb just realised I said 3.5 not 2.5

You can't really do what you are saying though as it takes time to convert the options to shares - it's not an instant transfer. so as long as the price stays the same or goes higher, it's worth buying to exercise., but there are no guarantees of where the heads will be once your options are in your trading account.
