Generally on the options side people will just buy in and out at market. Most people watch AVZ and if there a 3c disparity or more they'll buy options to pick up an advantage on arbitrage. Conversely, if the ops trade less than 3c from AVZ some may opts to sell off down to the 3c range.

in a nutshell, AVZ drives the price of AVZO and from now you won't see much more than 2-4c spread between the 2.

I've seen options (for e.g COB) where the buy sell side was completely wiped. Essentially it didn't change much, people just listed sells at a slight premium to the buy.

P.S all my shares are avzo as they provide better leverage.
