opes settlement, page-4

Yeah I was pretty sure he lost a heap.
On another thread there is talk about the upcoming Sep4 ANZ settlement meeting.
Apparently the meeting is to vote on what date they will use to base settlement on.
From memory the two dates to be voted on are 19th March 2008 and 19th September 2008.
If they vote using the 19th March date ADY holders will get 70% of what the shares where worth back then.
If they use the 19th Sep date they will get 70% of what the shares are worth on the 19th Sep.
Now I'm not sure and some here could verify this but those voting would most likely be the share holders affected by the Opes disaster.
If you where effected which way would you vote?
Could explain a lot of things now couldn't it.
I have been following ADY as I held shares a few months back and still have an interest.
This might of already been talked about on the thread if so sorry for bringing it up again.
Also I could have this all wrong so please DYOR.
