29,624,207 Options Expiring 20th September 2024, thus need to be converted before expiration!!!!! at $0.145 worth $4.3 million, obviously Dave see's their value increasing over $0.17 an option to get $5 million.
Mate, if you've got options I would suggest you bone up on how things work otherwise you might be in for two nasty surprises. 1) the strike price you have to pay and 2) exactly what needs to happen for the company to get their $5mil. It's got nothing to do with the 14.5 cents as they're trading at now being somehow worth $4.3mil to AW1 nor similarly how you think the $5mil is somehow tied to the fully paids (you mention options here?) trading at 17 cents, nor in nippy's case if the fully paids are trading at 20 cents then we're all good.
Who is to say the share price is not more in coming months due to pending announcements!!!! Then they could be worth $7 million.
