A capital raise should get done right now.
Tomorrow IMO, or ASAP, if no more news upcoming.
There are folks (shorters and other) that love love LOVE to push a price down below that psychological option threshold.
Its like a big red fear flag.
On the plus side, I'm not sure why everyone is so worried if it does trickle down. We've got a reasonably low SOI, and it won't affect us that much if we do raise.
We MAY even stay below 1b SOI before DSO development, if what Dave references comes to pass?
I'm going to buy more if it trickles.
