Dave stated clearly last year that he didn't need to raise cash, then soon after did a mates rates raise shortly after which I was highly critical of.
We will need cash and the sooner that's out of the way the better. I imagine it will be Canadian flow through again so we are unlikely to get a look in unless there a rights issue attached.
