Holders need to communicate the end part to him if they also feel the same way. Cash flow puts us less at the mercy of the market and also allows funds who have a mandate to actually look at this and provide some stability to the register. There are plenty of instos who are just not allowed to touch speccies without requirements that meet their mandate (even if they like the potential).
