DFS / BFS pilot plant, no off-takes or construction finance 15-30%
off-takes 25-40%
finance 35-50%
under construction and near term production 50-75%


so imagine a PFS comes up with an NPV of a reasonable (hypothetical !!!) one Billion $'s and one thinks Whoopee!! only for the market to apply 10-20% hahahaha. then punters are wondering what the hell is going on? and panic? best to know up front I say and let the company do what it does best, let the market makers do what they do best which is take punters money if they're silly enough to give it to them.
