I forgot to mention, the containers we lived in were half containers for personal accommodation but I have stayed in full length container accommodation where the sleeping quarters and bathroom are separate to the living area, they're actually quite spacious, with basically a full kitchen and good sized fridge.
Sorry I can't recall the actual measured lengths of each!
The layout, size and composition of a camp at say storm would depend on cost they want to spend and how many workers to accomodate, either way i would say the workers would be reasonably content!
