I would agree in theory, however what’s more likely is that the cores haven’t been pulled up yet and the known information (which is all out there and publicly available - on this site and ASX releases) is giving them the confidence to put their hard earned $$$ in. There’s nothing going in secret, it’s all out there in public - deductions (with a degree of speculation for sure) are being made from the geological data and drilling to date - available in multiple ASX releases.

This isn’t insider trading. That’s when management withhold information and buy.
