They'll include next years data in the PEA so the PEA starts end 2025 early 2026

Give it one year to submit to the Candain Govt so that takes us to the end of 2026

Canadian Govt might take up to 2 years to provide permit to mine so now we're at the end of 2028

Commence Construction early 2029

Start Production 2030
