This is factually incorrect and bunn was already caught lying about it last week. Careful taking his words as gospel, in the latest CD fund video Dave illustrates how the permitting work has already begun in some capacity.

Infill drilling needs to take place (which should be done this year) for them to lodge the final application with the government but this does not mean work does not continue in the background. Dave very clearly states that the environmental work has already begun.

It's a half truth and he knows it. Call Dave yourself if you want clarification, don't take people's word on here for it.
