The part where permitting is not coming for years. Check the other thread out, you will see bunn was forced to backtrack his claims because I linked the latest video from Dave where he's at CD fund talking about how permitting has already begun via the environmental process (which is the longest and most concerning process we should be worried about).
This is what happens when a single line from a video is posted here, without the actual video being posted, it takes things out of context.
I have watched him making arguments that can be easily disproven almost intentionally, which leads me to believe he is trying to ramp in a subtle manner by discrediting any of the legit bearish discussion.
You even have a poster above admitting they bought because Bunn's arguments are easily proven wrong.
