Dave says otherwise, right there in the latest video. But I know you won't be convinced either, you clearly have a bias with this stock. I get it, unfortunately people from here came and trolled your stock which I found to be in poor taste.
Go watch the CD fund video, make your own mind up. Dave states quite clearly environmental studies have begun, which is one of the longest parts of permitting. I personally can't see how that is not starting the permitting process.
