Bunny is an Oxygen thief, he is hear to frustrate and confuse essentially to put people off buying so the people he works for can accumulate.
Having seen the very very very dirty tactics used at the Family office I worked at a few years ago, this technique is practiced and they will do anything to help hold the price down.
