Yep. It did not hit Udokan too hard since the copper was destined for China, but from what I can read it did complicate things slightly. They lucked out a bit since they apparently had a whole bunch of equipment already bought before sanctions hit. It may be an issue later on if they need to get more stuff, but then again western sanctions don't seem to do that much to Russia (apart from redirecting the flow of trade).
