I appreciate your honesty this time, if MD said no CR then execute a CR in a few days I’d say it’s misleading and even deceiving but having enough cash and get more cash in? I don’t find it misleading at all(of course it’s me personally).
and the CR was executed at premium not at discount.
most of companies are doing discounted CR, it’s hard to find a CR at premium in this economy.
if some felt misled by MD oh well it’s their emotions, I can’t do much about it can I?
