Tempus Resources Limited is changing its company name to Somerset Minerals Limited. Will trade with the ASX code of SMM from 1st July.

They recently purchased the Prescott copper & base metals project in Nunavut, Canada.

According to their news release, the Project is situated in between Prince of Wales Island and Somerset Island, and extending north in between Bathurst Island and Cornwallis Island to Devon Island.




As you will note, SMM own some tenements on Somerset Island (shaded in red)

Also, Bronzite Exploration Corp, an early-stage explorer for copper is on Somerset Island as well with a large tenement. Bronzite Exploration Corp received a $500,000 cash payment from BHP as part of a BHP Xplor accelerator program. This program is designed to help provide participants with the opportunity to accelerate their growth and the potential to establish a long-term partnership with BHP and its global network of partners.
