That's a big black mark against John in my books - more so that the company has not offered a reason for the sale.

Likewise, that they have failed to keep up with their disclosures in a timely manner.

While I remain, on balance, quite positive about the company and its prospects, there is enough evidence this company likes to kick own goals.

That's both frustrating and disappointing, and leaves me less confident in their ability to execute effectively.
