This Director had something like 25m shares. He sold 2.8m ( a pretty small %), but importantly it was an off market transaction. In other words it was arranged with a known party. It is irrelevant to the company. Meaningless. Given the time of year, most likely a tax bill, but who knows. Who cares!

It would certainly be a concern if it had been on market; but it wasn’t.

Let’s focus on the good stuff which is rolling out!!
