3) Try and find a square inch of sterilised land with no copper under it to built a large processing plant. This is a challenge!!! If you plan to build away from the Storm prospects, let's say near the coast then you run the risk of digging up zinc ore around Seal prospect. Not an ideal situation.
4) No large trees or shrubs in sight. So where will the "No Logging in our Neighbourhood" protester's campaign in this neck of the woods?
On a positive note, there is 100% chance of no bushfires during summer and minimal risk of hitting a tree driving home from the pub. Although stopping for a nature break behind a tree is virtually impossible.
5) AW1 is moving away from being a boutique forward thinking speculative exploration trader stock. The added level of success in identifying major mineralisation zones is resulting in an influx of lower risk investors to the stock. The boutique high risk penny stock investors who are comfortable with cheap low volume trade days are being swamped with 5-20 million share transactions per day. There is a risk the company could quickly transition into a $300-$500 million dollar entity, become a mid tier miner paying half yearly dividends to Mum and Dad investors. Even worse, increasing numbers of Super funds and high net individual's will totally change the Top 20 long term investor demographics for ever. How times have changed since ASX listing, what seems like only a few months ago.
6) Modern exploration technology keeps finding large mineralisation targets. Gone are the days of tiny alluvial outcrops only providing enough funding for a lone directors wage and expectation of foreclosure or better still, notice of company bankruptcy.
7) Extracting ore from the shallow sedimentary deposits, with low strip ratios & simple mineral processing methods will produce World Class copper ore that any copper smelter will happily pay a premium for. As a result, mineral processing chemical supply companies can not obtain any business selling fancy flotation chemicals to the mine as a result of the dry processing philosophy. Only a small number of service providers will be offered contracts for the production of this high grade Copper ore.
8) The high purity ore is likely to have no impurities, apart from Silver. Therefore pyrometallurgical smelters can not charge exuberant contaminant penalties and profiteer from buying the DSO material.
9) Other concerns relate to Forum Trolls and stock manipulation aimed at slowing the natural exponential growth of the stock.

All these apparent risks, challenges, dilemmas and higher probability of becoming a unicorn Mid-tier copper start-up worth billions are true 1st world problems to have.

Happy trading days ahead and watch out for any capital gain implications.
