I stand corrected however, Dec 2022 the SOI was 212m shares. Since then, excluding options we now have approx. 298.5 + 41.5 + 58.2 escrowed exp Dec 23.
Seems to me way more than 15% MC without approval.
Correct me if Im wrong, happens often
