BAY CIM compliant maiden resource out during the fall and AW1 PEA early next year. Both reports will be critical to get market to understand what we see there in terms of size, costs, potential revenue

Very, very low cost operation

Capex less than 50Mil

Potentially good revenue numbers

Very small footprint

Fantastic ESG qualities

Uses very little water, if at all

Doesn’t generate sulphide tailings

Fairly quick permitting timeline

Quite possible to get into revenue generating position in the very near term

And that’s just part of the story with the near surface stuff without the hit it out of the park home run deep story
