I think like you, they f*ed up by being too exuberant and taurus took advantage of that by delaying the payment it seems. But in their defence, it's not the worst mistake to make because they are actually aggressively exploring/drilling and trying to create SH value. So many juniors take the same salaries people are upset about on here BUT they don't do any substantial exploration.

On the other side of the argument I get @Jithubqueen7 's frustration with wanting accountability. SH's are the owners of any company and deserve to have their interests looked after. I think they can do better with communicating because when they don't it makes them look bad, but I will also give them points for toning down the "ramping" language the market did not like. That indicates that they have tried to be better.

Overall the saying "grade forgives" is very true. The project's near surface economics should be pretty stunning, especially if copper runs even higher. And don't take my word for it, how aggressively did taurus buy up those royalties? They're not stupid.
