General question on AGM scheduled for Tuesday 19th September.

With shareholders accumulating, either by high wealth individuals or by international funds, as we learnt the Commodity Development Fund holding 3% of AW1, then what percentage shareholding do you need to get a board seat in AW1?

Could there be a late dash by interested individuals to build a major stake prior to $0.50 - $1.00 range, or prior to AGM or when the release of drilling.results confirms the quality of the resource?
