Yes, BHP was drilling for big EM targets but only hit WetClay. Corporately, they walked away too early!!!!
AW1 - ultimately picked up 80% of the Seal - Storm Project during a low in the Canadian Exploration market cycle (nobody was investing), Our major win and BHP’s plus Antofagasta loss.
AW1 rapidly achieved great geophysics success with refining EM, IP, Gravity, and associated data interpretation. Also, with physical drilling via the utilization of portable RC rigs doubling the drill core meterage and a healthier exploration budget helped.
A belief in what Tom Ullrich was trying to achieve is now coming to reality.
