Just removed the political red tape.
First people already support project now it’s just means that money that would usually goto Ottawa will now stay in the Nunavut region with expectations it is used to further develop the region.
This formal devolution has happened in the past with both Yukon and NWT will positive effect.
It is basically a formal way of saying, you now have the human resources and the framework to be able to legally operate in the modern world and look after yourself, here you go.
This means that AW1 can deal directly with first nations and get project operational.
Possible explanation for the share price increase on Friday.
