A start-up in my mind Jeremy could easily fall around $25m. As I have said before a lot of machines required probably will not fall under Capex but Opex as they will be rented dry hire. The large part will be "Establishment" cost.
Year 2 (if operating sma sell season 1st year) will no doubt require more funding to ramp up operations. I can see them going full bore 1st season, IMHO!
They will learn a lot from a small 3 to 5 month starter season and build upon that with a focus on year round operations.
Just how I would go about it. Many benifits to that inclusive proving to any off-take partner that we can produce quality product.
