not sure it is priced in at these levels.
some people (insto's) don't take big risks with what they believe based on a companies potential.. they wait until there's actual proof. that is what we are also waiting on so despite your belief, I think there will be a heap of action as soon as results are in either good or bad.
rerate either direction is imminent
