There was an interview posted maybe last week (cant remember which one) but the guy speaking made a good point. It is hard to value AW1 because although we have 80% of the project, we bare 100% of the costs which are also unknown at the moment. id say Bay would rise better because of that reasoning alone but you could argue its already factored into their current market cap and we have better upside at the moment. Im sure both holders will be happy in the long run.
