Dan Lougher? Appears to have been at SBM for a total of 7 months 22/11/22 to 29/6/23 during which time the SP dropped from 60c to 45c.
But he oversaw the sale of SBM's Leonora assets to GMD at 1:4, GMD share (in-specie distribution) to SBM shareholders GMD was trading at $1.22 then and is now $1.60 (which in itself is worth 40c to ex-SMB shareholders now - on the face of it)... the record date being 7/7/23, so it seems he did his job ... created some value for shareholders through managing the sale of the Leonora assets at a time when money was getting far more expensive on the money market.
So I'm questioning your post @Jithubqueen7 ... not contradicting you (yet), but suggesting you consider looking a little deeper and then decide how to label/critique/slander(?) the fellow.
It seems to me he did OK at the time, given the environment then.
