Just having a squiz thru BHP's Xplor program and this caught my eye re negative nellies whinging about mining and exploration in "arctic" locales:
"The Arctic areas of Norway, Sweden and Finland have attracted explorers for centuries and have been one of Europe’s major sources of minerals with the potential for more to come.."
I guess you CAN mine in the arctic.....
