Let's just say our regulator is not known for actually regulating.
This sort of thing here happens repeatedly and will probably keep happening until some parties are made an example of. For instance we had a Uranium explorer trading around 10c that found a tier 1 resource and announced spectacular grades over a wide area. Ran to 18-20c quite quickly then over the next few weeks got forced back to 10c. Eventually let run to >$5.00
Not a word from the regulator....
It is getting to the stage that this sort of irrational fall in price after great exploration news is a confirmation that one has a great story to invest in for the long term.
