Interesting action on open where the heads have gone up 1c but the options down 2c, now with a differential of 14.5c.
I’m not too experienced with options but pretty happy to have bought some a few weeks ago under 8c.
Is this morning just a sign that someone wanted out quickly and chose to sell on market, and with the lower liquidity that was the best price they could get?
I’ve noticed the differential has been closer to 10c while I’ve been watching them, despite the 20c strike price. If this difference increases as it has this morning, is that (theoretically and not seeking financial advice) a better time to buy options as the assumption is they will more likely come back to their usual 10c difference?
