The strike price is set at 20c, which needs to be paid to the company if you want to convert them in to shares. If converting, then the total price paid will be whatever you buy the options for plus the 20c. You have until September next year to do this, otherwise they expire. You can also trade them as much as you want in the meantime instead of converting.
