From Today's Announcement: "Lynas Malaysia has already implemented strict health and hygiene protocols that meet and exceed the Ministry of Health’s requirements, while we await the government’s decision on our application for approval to restart operations. "
The above paragraph from today's announcement clearly states that the company has not heard back from the government as yet. From that, we can assume they are still a good chance to get the green light to start. From the quarterly report, they also clearly do make note that thousands of companies are also awaiting for a government decision. Obviously they (the government) could well have a massive backlog of applications and are working through them.
Who know - maybe tomorrow they get the green light??
