Denial, where do you get your coal prices?
The best I can do is this US site:
http://www.infomine.com/investment/metal-prices/coal/
and this local site, which talks about Australian "Coal" prices without saying whether it is thermal or coking:
http://ycharts.com/indicators/australia_coal_price
Both show prices climbing from 2013 lows.
