    BASIC FUNCTION
    Responsible for sales of PeriCoach System in the Women's Health Market; including but not limited to OBGYN and Urology.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    1. Implement a territory sales and marketing plan that will assure meeting or exceeding sales quota; review results periodically and take corrective action as needed.
    2. Implement appropriate sales strategies and tactics to meet changing conditions and specific marketing challenges in assigned territory.
    3. Attend and participate in local and national professional shows/conventions as required; assist in equipment coordination, set-up and product demonstration.
    4. Complete and submit required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
    5. Maintain Healthstream and RepTrax (or equivalent) vendor qualifications.
    6. Provide in-service education, training and technical support to customers when necessary.
    7. Other duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with medical staff.
    • Knowledge of clinical monitoring procedures and product evaluations/ sales process.
    • Demonstrated ability to represent the company and product.
    • Well developed interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • High energy and professionalism.
    • Availability to travel frequently.

    TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Life Sciences/ Communication or related field.
    • 2+ years experience as a Sales Specialist in OBGYN and Urology.
    • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
