LOTM, agree, it seems they don't have a heap of coordination when it comes to thinking about the ann timings.
That said, I am not personally too worried about their 4C this time, from personal experience it takes about 6 months to get the wheels spinning on a distribution like this. Looking forward to seeing an increase in traction though, but possibly too early to tell.
