Karll, much of what your wrote is credible and well worth reading, but you your self through your writings acknowledge some tinge of disappointment.
You make reference to CTP management having the ability to have done better but in essence have done well under the conditions. I agree but still support my own thinking of being hampered and stifled by the big gorilla. Why question is why not relinquish the control and concentrate on what they can. This thorn in the side has been going on for years, this is the time to use those scissors and cut the stings.
No I have no intention in selling my 3 million shares, and as stated will wait until next year to secure my retirement if necessary, but I differ slightly from your good self as I believe that the SP’s move will be early next year.
You further state that we are approaching the silly season, this concern has also been raised in one of my previous posts. But again I go back to planning being one of the key to success, should the drill not have been done months ago to capitalise on the down turn of the industry in general and mitigating issues associated with the silly season?. Had this been the case, drill rigs (appropriate) may have been more readily available for employment.
My post was never to show disappoint or a concern for the faster – faster scenario, my genuine dissatisfaction is the progress made to the SP yesterday, today, tomorrow and pending the release of positive news well into the week. Yes, the SP will move as drilling approaches, but do not expect cataclysmic movement.
Based on geotechnical data, past seismic surveys and a holistic and historical over view of the CTP acrage, there is no doubt that the SP and company will be a contended to enter into the ASX200 one day. But with all the ann, all the potential and a market that generally move a larger % of the market today, this SP let us all down.
