A U is always a strange way to sell shares in what is still a relatively thin stock. Wouldn't you dribble out stock in 50-100k lots rather than sit 8% above the all time high?

I try not to fall victim to conspiracy theories, but it seems more than a little fishy to me but I could be totally wrong. Someone should give them a bump and see if they are for real - trouble is the sellers ahead of the U do seem for real and protect the U from being hit without warning - funny that. Who knows, maybe *I* need one of those foil hats people here keep talking about.
