The main issue I have with AVZ is the location of the deposit. It's so big and important going forward that it is a target for everyone. EVERYONE would want t control it. This is why it's important to get a NA or EUR JV up and running ASAP with a large stake of ownership for the other region who isn't JV. This will mitigate aggressive take overs, corruption etc.

I wouldn't even care too much if we have to take discounts to get a big player on board. This has the potential to be a passive income for the rest of our lives. Would rather be producing than forever stuck in the ground. IMO.
