    Time to buy.

    The market is being controlled (capped) at the moment. IDC want a speeding ticket too early before the PFS is ready for release (premature explanation to be avoided).

    But this is a clear case of buy the rumour sell the fact.

    After the good news will come the CapEx estimates and fundraising.
